Clare's Fine Gael Senator expects the Taoiseach to name his Seanad nominees this week.
Enda Kenny is allowed to appointed 11 people to the Upper House, however there have been accusations from some quarters that he is taking too long to make his decision.

The Seanad can't sit until the appointments are made and Senators have continued to draw their salaries since being elected.
However, Martin Conway doesn't expect we'll have to wait much longer.
