Clare's Fine Gael Senator is calling on the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice to fully implement the Charities Act, so that issues arising out of the Console controversy can be resolved.
It's reported the suicide charity's founder Paul Kelly, his wife and son, spent hundreds of thousands of euro on groceries, designer clothes and trips abroad.

Senator Martin Conway is hopeful it will happen soon.
