A Clare Fine Gael Senator is calling on the Justice Minister to outline any progress that has been made in the investigations into those responsible for the economic collapse.
North Clare representative Martin Conway has told the Sheanad that Minister Shatter should outline to the upper house if it is possible that people will be charged with crimes.
While accepting that the Gardai and DPP are independent and responsible for these investigations, Senator Conway says people want answers.
