Carbon Sole Industries are seeking to develop on a zoned site at Stonehall in Newmarket on Fergus which it says will create dozens of jobs and generate further business through spin off enterprises.
While the proposal has yet to go through a rigourous planning process – its understood an application to connect up to the national grid has been deemed complete.
