Noeleen Moran is calling for the Land Conveyancing Act to be amended to give greater protection to the family home.

The North Clare woman has accused the government of siding with banks saying there's a need for increased pressure on these financial institutions to resolve mortgage distress and enable families to remain in their homes.
She says there has been little investment in the matter during the lifetime of the current government.
