Clare Labour TD Michael McNamara has been excluded from the Dail, after accusing the Health Minister of misleading the house.
Deputy McNamara attempted to query a parliamentary answer from James Reilly on the budget for non-acute services in the MidWest, saying that the "H-S-E were running rings around him".
After being told by the Ceann Comhairle to resume his seat, he didn’t, and he was then formally suspended in a vote – with those in the Labour Party voting against him.

He’ll now have three days wages deducted as a result.
