A Clare government TD insists he's not disappointed or worried after he and his county colleagues were passed over for a promotion to the Junior Ministerial ranks.
Deputy Joe Carey, and his colleagues Pat Breen and Michael McNamara, weren't called up by the Taoiseach or Tanaiste, meaning Clare won't be represented at this elvel during the lifetime of this government.

However, speaking on Clare FM's Morning Focus today, Deputy Carey said he was confident this wouldn't leave the county at a disadvantage.
