The Cliffs of Moher Coastal Path from Doolin to Liscannor has been closed.
The Clare Local Development Company has announced the move, as the 18 kilometre path isn’t wide enough to maintain social distancing.
CLDC is installing signage over the coming days and is asking the public not to venture onto the path.

It says it will review the decision in line with Government guidelines and guidance from the Sports Ireland Trail Office.
Separately, the Cliffs of Moher tourist attraction and car park will still re-open from Monday to those living withing 5 kilometres of it, provided the easing of restrictions is approved by cabinet today.
