Both sides in the Cliffs of Moher dispute are being urged to keep an open mind heading into talks at the Labour Relations Commision today.
On Friday staff at the world famous tourist attraction in North Clare agreed to suspend strike action in order to facilitate the negotiations at the LRC.
Staff are seeking the same pay and conditions as Clare County Council workers, as the local authority operates the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre, however managment insists such a move would result in job losses at the site.

Clare Labour TD Michael McNamara is hopeful that a speedy resolution can be found to ensure there’s no further disruption during the peak tourist season.
