Ennis Tidy Towns has been named a runner up in its category at the 2019 Pride of Place Awards.
The voluntary community group was nominated in Category 5, for towns with a population of over 5,000 people.

Bunratty Local Development Association was also nominated in the Community Tourism Initiative category.
The awards were presented at the Lyrath Estate Hotel in Kilkenny last evening.
