Concerns have been raised in North Clare after a boil water notice has been issued in the Carron Area.
Irish Water says the public water supply there has been contaminated with a low level of cryptosporidium.

It means that businesses and residents in the area are advised to boil water for use and everyone affected has been contacted directly.
There's no indication as to how long the problem will persist and owner of Cassidy's Pub and Restaurant, Robert Cassidy says local people are worried.
