A cancer patient and advocate from Quin says it’s important that the stories and messages of those with cancer are heard on a national scale.
Tonight sees a Concert4Cancer air on Virgin Media which will raise funds for the Marie Keating Foundation.
Ronan Keating, Gary Barlow, Brian Kennedy, Riverdance and many more will perform, and the broadcast will also include messages from people who have been diagnosed with cancer, such as John Wall.

He says if the stories of patients can help others, then they must be heard.
