Services at Shannon Airport are set to be boosted today with Continental increasing its daily service from the Mid West to the states.
The US carrier will now operate a second daily service four times a week between Shannon and its New York Hub- Newark International Airport.
The flights will operate on Tuesday , Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from now until the beginning of September and will mean an extra 20 thousand passenger seats in the market
