The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been informed that a total of 23 people with COVID-19 have died.
It brings to 1,339, the number of COVID-19 related deaths here in Ireland.
The HSPC has been notified of 211 new confirmed cases of COVID-19.

There is now a total of 21,983 cases of the virus in Ireland, 249 of those in Clare, with four additional cases recorded today.
The HSE is working to identify any contacts the patients may have had to provide them with information and advice to prevent further spread.
