For the first time since 1977 Fleadh Ceoil na hEireann is on it's way back to County Clare.
The town has been chosen to host the world's largest music festival for 2016 and expects to welcome over 300,000 visitors.

Having narrowly missed out on winning the right to host the the world's largest traditional music festival in the past four years, Ennis has been named ahead of Sligo and Drogheda as the choosen venue.
Clare County Council Chief Executive Tom Coughlan says he is delighted with the news and says it will have a huge input to the local economy
