Campiagners who have sought changes to speed limits on roads throughout Clare say they’ll continue with their efforts to improve road safety.
This week saw Clare County Councillors finally adopt a Speed Limits review, and while there was much focus on conentious areas including Quilty and Ballyvaughan, residents in other parts were also left disappointed that their calls for speed limit reductions were also unsuccessful.
One of those is Michael Caraway, who lives on a local road off of the N85 just outside of Ennistymon.
