A Clare man will learn today whether his sentence for indecently two young boys in the 1980s will be increased.
The Director of Public Prosecutions has brought the case of 71 year old James Maher from Clonroad Beg in Ennis to the Court of Appeal.

He had previously been sentenced to two years in prison in January of 2013.
