The Minister for Agriculture Simon Coveney says it's clear the government needs to give people solutions in relation to Irish Water.
Yesterday, over 100,000 people, including nearly 2,500 in Clare, took part in protest rallies ahead of the government's decision on how to implement the water charges later this month.
