Croke Park residents have slammed proposals aimed at resolving the row over this summer's Garth Brooks concerts as "a joke".
LRC Chief Kieran Mulvey has published his report aimed at settling the dispute over the five concerts next month – and has called for a limit of three concerts in a row from 2017.

Mr Mulvey also calls for a 500-thousand euro legacy fund for local projects to compensate for this summer's disruption – and says he hopes his report will contribute to a new beginning.
However, the Chairman of the Croke Park Streets Committee – Eamon O'Brien – says he's not impressed.
