The Dublin Airport Authority is to seek an injunction at the high court to prevent SIPTU's Industrial action.
The authority which runs Dublin and Cork Airports says its seeking an injunction on the basis that the proposed action by SIPTU is unlawful, as it is contrary to the provisions of the Industrial Relations Act.

The legal action does not affect Shannon Airport.
Leo Varadkar's faced criticism over his handling of the dispute and Shannon based Fine Gael Cllr Sean McLoughlin has been defending the transport Minister.
Cllr McLoughlin's says he has high hopes the government appointed panel will resolve the dispute within the week.
