A new report has shown a further drop in property prices here in Clare.
The average asking price for a home in the county is down to 130,000 euro, a 9% annual drop and a 58% tumble from the height of the property boom.

Overall though, the Daft.ie document has recorded a first rise in property prices outside of Dublin since mid-2007.
Meanwhile, prices in Dublin are 15 per cent higher.
