Tributes are being paid following the death of Irish actor David Kelly .

The 82 old passed away following a short illness.
He was best known for his performances as the Irish builder Mr O Reilly in Fawlty Towers as well as Rashers Tierney in the Strumpet City mini-series.
In recent years he appeared as Charlie’s grandfather in a Hollywood remake of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
