The Supreme Court is to make a ruling today on Ian Bailey’s appeal against his extradition to France.
The 54 year old is wanted for questioning over the murder of French film producer Sophie Toscan du Plantier in Schull, West Cork in 1996.
Mr Bailey has always denied any involvement in her murder and appealed a decision of the High Court last year to order his surrender to France.
