Delays for Paramedics at Dooradoyle

A report into ambulance waiting times has found that only a quarter of ambulances at Dooradoyle are cleared within a target time of 20 minutes.

The National Ambulance Service says paramedic teams spent an average of over 35 minutes waiting outside the hospital, while on 11% of occassions, this went to over an hour.
