6 men and 6 women have spent just over five hours considering whether he’s guilty of his murder.

It’s the prosecution’s case that Mr Mahon stabbed Mr Fitzpatrick deliberately following a row at Mr Mahon’s apartment on the Malahide Road.

The Defence is arguing that it was an accident and that he walked into it.

Deliberations will resume at the Central Criminal Courts at 10:30am this morning.
