Train services between Ennis and Gort have been disrupted after a construction vehicle damaged a bridge in the town
The incident took aplce at 2pm on Saturday afternoon and was reported to Iarnrod Eirinn immediately.
All rail traffic on the line has been stopped following an inspector’s report.

A bus transfer is now being operated for passengers travelling between Ennis and Gort and Iarnrod Eirinn hope to have repair work completed by the middle of this week.
