Dog owners in County Clare are being urged to insure that their pets are kept under control at all times.
It comes after a flock of sheep in the Tubber area were attacked last weekend resulting in the death of 4 sheep with a further 20 injured.

It is the fifth such attack in this area within the past year.
Clare ISPCA warden Frankie Coote is reminding people that their dogs must be secured- particularly at night.
