The trial of Dolores O'Riordan first came before Ennis District Court in September, when a three month adjournment was granted.

She wasn't in court on the day in question, as she was receiving medical care at the time.

The singer is facing a total of four charges, including three of assault, after she was arrested at Shannon Airport on the morning of November 10th last year.

The 43 year old, from Friarstown, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick, had flown into the airport in the business section of an Aer Lingus aircraft, and the alleged incident occured shortly before the plane came into land.

She's also facing a charge of resisting arrest at Shannon on the same date.
