It’s set to be a "fish fest" in West Clare over the coming days.
The inaugural Doonbeg Seafood Festival gets underway today and will be opened by celebrity chef Clodagh Mc Kenna.
The four day event which is the brainchild of the local community reflects the great local fishing tradition and the emphasis on seafood in local restaurants.
