Clare's Fianna Fail TD has welcomed news that the Court of Appeal has overturned an earlier judgment that breathalyser test statements, must be printed in Irish and English.
The initial ruling has held up around 1400 alleged drink driving prosecutions and caused confusion over the last few months.
