University Hospital Limerick is once again the most overcrowded in the country, according to the latest trolley watch report.
The figures released by the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show 46 people are on trolleys in the facility, with 36 of them in Dooradoyle's A&E.

The news follows the deferral of industrial action by Midwest nurses after management agreed to hire 70 more staff to deal with overcrowding problems.
There are 523 people in emergency departments and wards across the country today.
