Dwyer Trial Hears Evidence of Secret Phones

The Central Criminal Court has heard a secret phone allegedly used by Graham Dwyer was active in the same location as his work phone, even while he was on annual leave in Co Cork.

Crime analyst Sarah Skedd is continuing to give evidence relating to mobile phone traffic on dates between 2011 and 2012.

Mr Dwyer, a 42 year old architect from Kerrymount Close, Foxrock, denies murdering childcare worker Elaine O'Hara at the Dublin mountains in August 2012.

The prosecution claims he used 2 secret phones including one found in Vartry reservoir, dubbed the master phone.

Earlier members of the public were warned by the judge not to live tweet from the trial while it's sitting in the absence of the jury.
