The newest passenger vessel to sail the Clare coasts will be taking its first passengers shortly after lunchtime today.
The €3 million Star of Doolin sailed to the Banner County this morning and the final tests are currently taking place.
The ship, which was commissioned by the Garrihy family and built in La Rochelle in France, will be the fastest, most efficient and eco-friendly to operate passenger services on the west coast.
