Mortgage holders are bracing themselves for further bad news today as interest rates look set to rise again.
The European Central Bank is expected to raise its key rate when it meets later today.

A hike of .25 is widely anticipated by the ECB which will then be passed on by lenders here with tracker mortgage holders expected to be hit hardest.
