A Clare campaigner is encouraging revellers at this weekend's Electric Picnic to donate unwanted tents and equipment to a good cause.
Some 55,000 people will descend on Stradbally, Co. Laois over the coming days, where they'll be treated to performances from the likes of the Chemical Brothers, Lana Del Rey and LCD Soundsystem.

However, festival-goers are being asked to remember people who are less fortune while they're there.
