Management at Element 6 in Shannon have announced that they are accepting the Labour Court Recommendations on the Shannon Sustainability Plan.
The Industrial Diamond Manufacturer says that they are confident that they can retain additional jobs at the Shannon plant as part of the plan.

The Labour Court ruling includes a redundancy package of four weeks pay for every year of service.
