Staff at the Shannon plant have voted overwhelmingly in favour of industrial
action, in their dispute with management over the redundancy package on
offer.
Workers say they will not support a plan to save 240 jobs at the facility until better severance terms are agreed for those being let go.

The industrial diamond manufacturer had announced its intention last month to cut 370 jobs.
