Element Six workers are holding a mass general meeting today to discuss the redundancy proposals put forward by the Labour Court.
Its recommending staff be given four weeks of pay for every year of service on top of their statutory entitlement to two weeks per year of service.

The payments would be capped at one year and a half year’s salary.
While the offer is more than the company had put forward in its Sustainability Plan its less than the deal offered to the Element Six staff as part of last January’s round of redundancies.
