Ennis Auctioneer Says No Need To Drive House Prices Down Yet

An Ennis auctioneer says we’re not at the stage where property prices need to be driven down yet.

Latest figures from the CSO reveal the average price of a house in Clare sold in April was 147,654 euro – marking a rise of 6,500 euro in a six month period.

First time buyers snapped up 59 of the 340 homes worth a combined 44 million euro bought in the county in the first four months of this year.
