Latest figures from the CSO reveal the average price of a house in Clare sold in April was 147,654 euro – marking a rise of 6,500 euro in a six month period.
First time buyers snapped up 59 of the 340 homes worth a combined 44 million euro bought in the county in the first four months of this year.
