An Ennis business woman has launched a new fundraising initiative to help promote the message of water safety in memory of her brother and another teenagers who drowned in a local quarry nearly three years ago.
15 year olds Jack Kenneally and Shay Moloney lost their lives while swimming in an abandoned quarry at Knockanean just outside of Ennis in 2018.
Wix and Wax, which is co-owned by Jack’s sister Danielle, will this month donate all the profits from their product Daisy Snap Bars to Water Safety Ireland.
