One of two headshops operating in Ennis has been ordered to cease trading from Monday.
The Circuit Court in Limerick has granted a temporary injuction restraining the premises on Chapel Lane " The Laughing Budda" being run as a headshop.
The owner of the building, retired solicitor Desmond Houlihan, said he was informed the tenant would be selling souvenirs sourced from Nepal

The injunction comes as some local councillors will be out on the streets of Ennis today urging people to sign a petition to highlight their concerns over the so called legal highs
