An Ennis man is due back before Limerick District Court today charged in connection with the death of a 53 year old man in a road accident earlier this month.
38 year old Jason Gormley of Rathlinn, Castleconnell, but originally from Ennis is charged with dangerous driving causing the death of 53 year old Aidan Lawless on the Ballysimon Road in Limerick on October fourth.

Mr Gormley is also charged with two counts of failing to report an accident arising out of the same incident.
