The occupants of a house in Ennis escaped injury after a man forced his way into their home.
Shortly before 11pm last Thursday, Febraury 18th, the man gined entry by forcing open the back door of the home in Ard na Greine.
He then threatened the occupants of the house, after they asked him to leave.

The man was later arrested and has since appeared before the court in relation to the incident.
Clare’s Crime Prevention Officer, Sergeant Triona Brooks says it was a very traumatic incident for those who lived in the house.
