Bus Eireann has confirmed that it’s going to continue their bus route from Ennis to Miltown Malbay for the foreseeable future.
The news comes following months of speculation about the route which runs between Clare’s County Capital and the West Clare town a number of times per week.
Bus Eireann is currently involved in a 30 million euro savings plan but has confirmed that there are no plans in the short term to axe the Clare route.

Clare Junior Minister Tony Killeen says that it’s caused alot of concern among the locals in the area but he’s satisfied the route is safe for now
