Ennis Town Centre will be sea of purple this weekend.
The county town will undergo it's Purple Flag evaluation, which sees a wide range of events showcasing the quality, diversity and vibrancy of the towns service industry taking place.

The iconic O'Connell Monument as well as a number shop fronts will be dressed in purple as part of the celebration.
Ennis won it's first flag in 2013 and Chairman of the Purple Flag Association, Councillor Johnny Flynn hopes Clare will retain the prestigious award.
