Clare Gardaí are warning people to “lock up and light up” as part of efforst to crack down on crime this winter.
Gardaí will be out in force today as part of a high visibility day of action aimed at preventing burglaries.
Additional Gardaí will be on duty, manning checkpoints at various locations across the county.
