Clare house prices have fallen significantly since the height of the boom.
New figures from property website Daft.ie found that the cost of buying a home in the county fell by an average of 100 thousand euro since the peak with the price now standing at 203 thousand euro

Munster prices fell a further 4.1% between July and September compared to an average of 3.3% on the previous quarter.
Economist with Daft.ie Ronan Lyons says prices in the county have been falling steadily all year.
