Clare rents are continuing to fall – bucking the national trend.

Latest figures from Daft.ie show the average cost of renting a home in the county in the third quarter of this year was just over 600 euro- down 1.4 percent on the second quarter of 2010.
However overall the numbers are going in the other direction with a half a percent increase between July and September nationally.
