A family day to celebrate the anniversary of Muhammad Ali’s famous vist to Ennis gets underway in the town this afternoon.
Events kick off at 2 o’clock and include half hourly screenings at Glor of the now world famous event in 2009, along musical events, puppetry and further entertainment on O’Connell Square.
The first anniversary celebrations began last Wednesday night and featured former world boxing champion Barry McGuigan, the Kilfenora Ceili Band, and well known boxing commentator Bob Sheridan.
