On Wednesday Sean Mulveyhill and  Kayla Narey also admitted to lesser charges in connection with the case.

The verdicts are the result of a plea bargain negotiated by Phoebe’s Prince’s family and the defendants to spare all a painful trial.

Speaking to Clare FM Kevin Cullen of the Boston Globe says it was never about ensuring those who bullied the 15 year old were jailed but rather that they admitted what they did

Phoebe Prince’s mum also spoke in court again recalling her daughter’s "kind heart" and the compassion she showed to others.

She also hoped to finally lay her daughter to rest.
